Larry was a founder member of the Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries (AMII), acting as Membership Secretary, and then Chairman for two years from 2002 to 2004."

Alan Gledhill has been part of the senior team at National Friendly for over a decade; joining in 1998, he is responsible for achieving sales growth in a continually challenging marketplace. Alan focuses on identifying new sales and market opportunities, whilst ensuring existing customer relationships are maintained, in addition to delivering a marketing strategy that sees the National Friendly brand and products promoted to the company’s key target audiences. Alan has more than 24 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked for AMP-Pearl, Zurich and Sun Life Financial of Canada before joining National Deposit.

Andrew has 25 years' healthcare experience. He was a founding partner of SPS Corporate Healthcare Consultants, which was acquired by the Jelf Group in 2007. At Jelf, he continues to manage his own portfolio of clients as well as heading the Jelf Wellbeing Corporate Consultancy team. Andrew has broken new ground by introducing the latest technology to healthcare initiatives, and was the first intermediary to design and operate an online membership database. He has worked on many major projects including the integration of Lloyds Bank and TSB and the concept and formation of the GE Medical Plan.
