Our member's claims experiences are different, and the figures prove it, because we are committed to publishing our claims statistics on an annual basis. During 2008, we paid 98.1% of our claims. We publish these statistics, because we want to promote income protection, and because it’s clear that we will be there for our members when they need us most.
Finally, our dedication to advisers is different, because we run an extensive programme of seminars throughout the UK every year. So far in 2009, over 500 advisers have been to one of our seminars, spreading not just the message of Pioneer, but the message of income protection.
