Sue joined in 2001 and since then has been instrumental in the enhancement and development of MNPA's services to clients.
Sue has over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry with a particular emphasis on major administration outsourcings. She was involved in one of the first major outsourcings in the 1990s (BP).
Sue regularly speaks at conferences on administration topics and is an enthusiastic supporter of initiatives to raise the profile of pensions administration. She is a member of the steering group of the RSPA initiative and is a past Vice President of the Pensions Management Institute. Sue is an FPMI.

Jayne has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford. After university she joined Shell where she worked for 6 years prior to joining LEK Consulting, a leading strategy consulting firm where she became a senior partner and Head of LEK's Financial Service practice. In 1999 she joined Lloyds TSB where she had a number of roles including Managing Director of European Internet Banking, Director of Retail Banking Strategy and Group Marketing Director.
She left Lloyds TSB to join Barclays in 2003 where she became Managing Director of Barclays Home Finance division, which included Barclays/Woolwich mortgage business. She left Barclays to set up Stonehaven which was launched in August 2006.

Ian joined Aon Consulting in 1995, and in 1997 became the head of the Bristol service centre, responsible for all the services provided from this location. Today, as head of client relationship management for the pensions administration business, Ian provides strategic guidance to our client and ensures that Aon Consulting provides a truly added value service that is aligned to clients’ needs.

Maurice has worked in financial services for over 20 years, joining AEGON in 1990. From 2005 onwards he has been Director, AEGON Corporate Business, managing Corporate Pensions, Group Risk and Trustee Solutions. He is non-executive director of AEGON Benefit Solutions and Chairman of HS Administrative Services. Maurice also represents the UK on the AEGON Global Pensions steering committee. Prior to this, Maurice was Operations Director AEGON UK Life and Pensions.

Jon brings an in-depth knowledge and understanding of a wide range of employee benefits through over 10 years experience in both the consultancy field and for providers. On top of his undergraduate degree, he has a diploma in management, is a qualified financial advisor and is currently studying for the CIPD Advanced Certificate in Reward Management.
He is a Regional Director at JLT Benefit Solutions with focus on Benefits and Communication. His team provides creative solutions covering the design, implementation, administration and communication of Flexible Benefits schemes as well as having responsibility for Salary Sacrifice, Voluntary Benefits and other reward based schemes.
Lorna BucklandLinklaters
Lorna trained at Linklaters, and joined the Pensions Team on qualification in 1998 having spent some time working on pensions law in Hong Kong. She advises on all areas of pensions law including trust law aspects, documentation, corporate restructuring and M&A, scheme governance, funding and investment. Lorna also has experience of risk management exercises (including buy-ins and buy-outs) and international pension arrangements.
