This was Professional Adviser's fifth Awards, designed to recognise and reward the companies that are providing the best products, services and support to financial advisers. They stand out from others in the industry because they are entirely voted for by IFAs.

The winners of the Professional Adviser Awards 2009 were announced on Wednesday 28 January at the Park Lane Hilton. The ceremony was then followed by an exclusive champagne reception, where 700 guests toasted the recipients of the ultimate accolades in the industry.

The Professional Adviser Awards profile the very best providers to the IFA market. The awards are about the confidence of independent financial advisers and the overall ability of providers to maintain a high standard of service and performance. They offer the opportunity to recognise those companies which in your view are setting the standard for the industry.
