Christoph Harwood

Christoph Harwood founded Marksman Consulting LLP earlier this year to focus on clients interested in environmental finance and sustainable investing. He has used the experience he gained whilst at UBS Wealth Management, McKinsey and other ventures to provide strategic and operational advice to clients in the finance sector. Work to date has included a review of how institutional investors are looking at the move to a low carbon economy, the approach that could be taken by HNW investors on sustainable investing and the opportunity for green bonds.

Michael Azlen

Michael Azlen founded Frontier Capital Management in 2004 in order to bring the first true Multi-Asset Class fund to the investment industry.

Frontier manages approximately $500 million of assets across a range of multi asset funds on behalf of institutional, family office and high net worth clients worldwide.

Mr. Azlen has a total of 22 years experience spanning the entire spectrum of asset management including hedge funds, proprietary trading, structured products and equity derivatives. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Azlen was the founder and CEO of Asset Alliance International Ltd., based in London and was a member of the Investment Committee managing approximately $500 million of hedge fund assets. Prior to this Michael worked for a London based hedge fund, and also worked for 5 years as both a proprietary trader at Scotia Bank and Equity Derivatives head for CIBC World Markets, two of Canada’s largest banks.

Mr. Azlen holds a Sloan Masters Degree in Business from the London Business School and is both a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Frontier Capital Management LLP is a London based asset manager specialising in Multi-Asset Class funds, Strategic Asset Allocation and Active Index Investing.

Ajay Dayal

Ajay joined Legg Mason Investments in June 2008 as Investment Director, acting as a technical product specialist for the company’s equity based products with a focus on Emerging and Asia Pacific markets. His role focuses on maximising the knowledge, sales and asset retention of key products by working together on client projects with sales and marketing. Ajay has previously worked at ABN AMRO Asset Management, as the Global Product Specialist for Emerging Markets Equities, developing and implementing strategies to build sales in designated products. Prior to that, he was at M&G Investments as a Manager of Strategic Product Analysis, where he developed and managed a team to provide market leading strategic and tactical investment insight to support multiple sales distribution channels across Europe and the UK. He has also spent four years at Baring Asset Management, starting on the graduate program and leaving as the Product Specialist for Asian Equities combined with an EM analyst role. Ajay started his career working for a global accountancy firm. Ajay received his CFA charterholder designation in October 2003 and has an Economics degree from the University of Durham, England.

Richard Penny

He is responsible for the Household Goods, Health Care Equipment & Services, Chemicals, Construction & Materials, General Industrials, Electronic & Electrical Equipment, Leisure Goods, Software & Computer Services, Technology Hardware & Equipment, Banks, Life Insurance and General Financial sectors.

Richard joined LGIM in 2002 having previously worked for five years as a Fund Manager for M&G Investment Management and four years as a Fund Manager at Scottish Amicable Investment Management.

Richard has a Masters degree in Engineering and Economics, Oxford University

Alan Supple

Alan Supple is European portfolio manager for Urdang Capital Management, a specialist real estate investment manager that is part of BNY Mellon Asset Management. Based in London, he provides European stock research and recommendations as part of Urdang's global property securities team. Alan also supports BNY Mellon Asset Management’s distribution of Urdang-managed real estate products in continental Europe and the UK.

Alan had 16 years of property-related experience, including senior positions at two U.S. publicly traded REITs and four years as a real estate investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney.

Neil Veitch

Neil has 11 years’ experience of investment management. Prior to joining SVM Asset Management he was responsible for UK equity investments at Dutch merchant bank, Kempen Capital Management. Neil holds a BA (Hons) in Economics, a MSc in Investment Management and is qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has managed the SVM UK Opportunities Fund since January 2006.
