Operational risk failures were ultimately at the root of many of the crisis’s faced by financial institutions across the globe over the past couple of years. Asia has certainly faired storm the most favourably but that is arguably why it is in the best position to improve operational risk standards and implementation.

This course has been designed to look at how to add value to the business through operational risk. This means sessions will look at best practice in operational frameworks and developments in the risk convergence space.
